SafeSpace
1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of SafeSpace activities as well as voluntary contributions made through our website.
By making a payment, you agree to these terms.
2. Description of Services
SafeSpace offers activities, workshops, and group sessions focused on well-being, mutual support, and open discussion in a safe environment.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for activities are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Payment may be required:
- in full at the time of booking, or
- as a deposit, depending on the agreement
Payments are processed securely through a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe).
4. Voluntary Contributions
Voluntary contributions support the mission of SafeSpace.
- They do not constitute the purchase of a specific service
- They are optional
- They do not qualify for a tax receipt (unless otherwise stated)
- They are non-refundable
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
By the Client
Any cancellation must be communicated as soon as possible.
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the activity: refund possible, minus administrative fees
- Cancellation less than 7 days before: no refund guaranteed
- Rescheduling may be offered depending on availability
By SafeSpace
SafeSpace reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an activity in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases:
- a rescheduled date will be offered, or
- a full refund will be issued
6. Liability
Participants remain responsible for their own well-being during activities.
SafeSpace is not responsible for:
- personal decisions made following an activity
- indirect damages
- situations involving medical or psychological emergencies
In cases of significant distress, participants are encouraged to contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
7. Participation and Safe Environment
SafeSpace aims to provide a respectful and supportive environment.
Any behavior that is:
- violent
- discriminatory
- harassing
- disruptive
may result in removal without refund.
8. Age Restrictions
Certain activities may be reserved for specific audiences (adults, youth, etc.).
It is the participant's responsibility to verify eligibility.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and methods used during activities remain the property of SafeSpace and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
10. Personal Information Protection
Information collected during booking is used solely for service management and is not sold to third parties.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada.
